Any student withdrawing from school or transferring to another school district during the school year must secure a Withdrawal Form from the office. Also he/she must:
1. Return all textbooks and school materials.
2. Pay all fines and obligations.
3. Return all books to the library.
4. Clean all assigned hall and gym lockers.
5. Leave new address, if known, with the office.
6. Complete Withdrawal Form and submit to the main office.
