  • 7th Grade Exploraotry PE

    7th Hour  2:10-3:00

     Monday-Friday

     

    *Students are expected to be changed and ready for class by 2:10

     

    Monday: Team Sports day

    Tuesday: Team Sports day

    Wednesday: Workouts/circuit (emphasis on flexibility)

    Thursday: test day (individual tests, )

         *students will test 4-5 at a time while other students are biking (emphasis on cardiorespiratory endurance)

    Friday = individual day

     

    This class will focus a lot on the 5 components of fitness

     

    5 components of Fitness:

    Muscular Strength

    Muscular Endurance

    Cardiorespiratory endurance

    Flexibility

    Body Composition
