The best resources for parents are ones your student probably already knows about. Here is my list of best ways you can help your student help themselves.
1. Ask what they are working on & have them explain what they know and don't know.
2. Use YouTube. There are tens of thousands of teachers teaching your student's lesson on YouTube, someone probably explains it in a way your student can understand.
3.Khan Academy is the best. You can find lessons on any math topic, a video to go with the lesson that includes examples, notes and practice work.
4. I am always available to answer questions. Please encourage your student to set up a time to work with me.
