"It is not the beauty of a building you should look at; its the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time." --David Allan Coe

I graduated with my Associates in Liberal Arts from Northern Michigan University in 2011 and completed my BA in Secondary Education through Grand Canyon University while working as a draftsman at Kinross Fab and Machine. From there I completed my student teaching at Sault High with Mr. Scott Menard and started my teaching career at Sault Middle School in the fall of 2017.
When I'm not at school I spend my time with my wife, Amanda, our daughter, Eloise, and our two dogs, Cricket and Smoochie. I enjoy fishing and hunting, picking morels in the spring, working on the family farm back home in Onaway, and relaxing on the beach at our cabin on Black Lake. I'm also a huge Detroit Lions fan (and NFL junkie in general). When I find a few minutes of free time I love to read whatever I can get my hands on.
