D. MICHIGAN ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL BOARDS MEMBERSHIP - Superintendent Hall
The annual MASB district membership for the 2017-2018 school year is $4,681.
Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Michigan Association of School Boards membership and legal trust fund fees for 2017-2018 in the amount of $4,681.

F. PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED 2017-2018 PRELIMINARY BUDGET - Mrs. Amanda Matheson
The Board of Education needs to provide a public hearing on its proposed budget. Notice of such hearing has been appropriately given as required.
