Lincoln Elementary School

Hello! I am Kelsie Hesselink and this is my tenth year teaching at Lincoln. I am very excited to be teaching Third Grade again this year!  I graduated from Lake Superior State University in the spring of 2014, graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with minors in Integrated Science and English. During my college education, I was fortunate enough to complete my student teaching at Lincoln in Mrs. Williams' Second Grade Classroom. Since graduation, I have completed a ZS Endorsement in Early Childhood Education and interned at Superior Start School Readiness Center. My first year teaching I was the Music and Art teacher at Lincoln. I have been teaching third grade since my second year at Lincoln.  

I am originally from Sault Ste. Marie and now live in the surrounding area with my husband and our two children. We enjoy golfing, hiking trails and waterfalls across the Upper Peninsula, and spending time with family and friends.

I can't wait for another great year in 3rd grade!
