Any student needing a dietary accommodation must have a form on file with the school food service office. 

Middle school students with a dietary accommodation will be prepared the main entree unless the student requests an on-the-go or pizza menu option. Students may let the breakfast staff person or the kitchen cook know their special choice in the morning before school starts.
