Peer to peer is a class that is open to any high school student looking to earn elective credit. Students complete the START Program curriculum through Grand Valley State University. The goal of the class is for students to develop a stronger sense of community and help to be a positive change in the culture of our school. The class creates a safe structured environment for students with disabilities and their typically developing peers to connect and create friendships.
Through the class, students are able to make friends, try new things and gain further knowledge about ASD.
