    Construction Technology courses are designed to provide students with theories and practical experiences in all areas of construction.  Students will be involved in the construction of a project from start to finish.  There are areas of study devided into modules where each student spends quality time learning this particular area, including electrical, plumbing, siding, windows/doors, roofing, masonry, kitchen cabinets, drywall and finish trim. 
     
    Students will demonstrate knowledge and skills in:
    • Safety, health and environmental
    • Industry overview
    • Employability Skills and Technology Skills
    • Construction Materials
    • Construction tools and equipment
    • Building construction design, blueprints, Etc
    • Site preparation and infrastructure
    • Common construction practices
    • Residential Construction Techniques
    • Green Technology Techniques
    • Heavy equipment/civil construction techniques
    • Construction Business Management
